When we took on this site, it provided limited information and was not viewable on all browsers. We set up the site with its own domain and redesigned it to be user and browser friendly, with expansion in mind. We continued to maintain and expand the site for as long as we were members of the organization.

Updates and modification to the Human Resources Intranet site were required.

In a very limited time period a section for the Pan American Games was created. Sections to highlight the sports competing in these games, the athletes and training personnel (with bios) needed to be done as well as the Canadian Team Handbook. A daily rendering of the Journal Canada (in pdf) was also required during the games.

Updated and modified existing sections of the site to reflect the new look including the interface of a subscription database on the Extranet. The challenge included daily and timely updates of news items and overseeing the proper flow and maintenance of a mailing list.

Designed the online version of the Federal Geomatics Bulletin. Project included the scanning of all images from the past issues of the bulletin for display on the site.

As part of the original design team of this extensive site, we had to create a proper backbone and intuitive navigation. Templates were created to facilitate the repetitive design of special sections.

As a project to test new design ideas and methods, this site was created by providing data that was unavailable on other fan sites at the time.
